For over 31 years, my practice has been built in private practice representing individuals, not the government.
My focus has always been Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. I spent the first 15 years of my career also handling Domestic Relations matters, but today I concentrate exclusively on defending people accused of crimes and helping the injured recover what they deserve.
This isn’t a second career or a shift from “the other side.” It is a lifetime of standing beside clients when the stakes are highest.

Being a former prosecutor does not automatically make someone a better defense attorney. Effective criminal defense requires strategic thinking, independence, and a relentless focus on the client’s outcome, not simply familiarity with the system.
Everyone is capable of being involved in a misunderstanding.
Law enforcement can make mistakes. Prosecutors are not always objective. Every case deserves to be examined carefully, strategically, and without assumptions.
The focus is not posturing. The focus is solutions.
